We host frequent events and workshops for
trainers and clients.
Jennifer Sokolov brings to life the skills and techniques of Madeline Black's book Centered. Sacral Motion takes participants on a journey of the physiologic movements of the sacrum. We will explore movement strategies to support healthy sacral mechanics and correctives to improve sacral mobility and stability for pain-free function.
An extraordinarily perceptive and knowledgeable teacher in her own right, as well as Madeline’s long-time mentee, Jennifer will guide students in an exploration of sacral assessment, with an emphasis on palpation of this dynamic and delicate structure.
As described by Madeline, "Jennifer... brings clarity, beautiful touch and deep understanding of this work for you to fully embody, understand and implement the work with confidence."
